The reunion is a tradition begun by Alice Yoshioka Yamamoto. Our family and faith legacies are our most valuable gifts given to us by Grandpa and Grandma Yoshioka. These are what lasts through time and life, in joy and sorrow.
Later, the family includes names like Yamamoto, Miyamoto, Sato, Hayasaka, Kono, and Mano.
Now, in 2008, we are enhanced by families and cultures interwoven throughout the original Yoshioka fabric. This reunion will renew our remembrances to those who began the Yoshioka venture in America, and introduce those strands that make us richer in the most treasured sense -- family, traditions, faith, arts, preserverance, sports, work, leisure, and education.
